Just wanted to post these- what an awesome time.
I will eventually get better with bringing a camera (really!) but in the meantime I love that the iphone is always handy. Maybe canon can make a phone? I dunno but I bet it would have better reception...

Another day, just breathe

I've been teaching yoga for about two months now.
what an unbelievably satisfying way to spend an hour of the day, to think of your breathing, your alignment, tiny movements along the skeletal frame, the expanse of your diaphragm, the quiet of the mind as you trapeze through asana.

Apart from working with flowers, I can think of nothing more fulfilling to the soul.

Oh My! floral co. is underway! Here we are, waiting for the website to get rolling trying to figure everything out.

A lot of work lately which is awesome and a bridal show going on the 18th of this month along with a wedding on the 30th. I wish I could get the business crap settled so I can start full swing. Doing this along with a full timer is pret-ty hard.

Been listening to Metallica a lot lately- love the lulling of Hetfield on an early morning drive.
